Job summary

Summit Health Management is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians, PAs or NPs with clinical and clerical tasks across our multispecialty network. You will prepare exam rooms, assist during visits, maintain patient flow, and document in the EHR.

Requirements include a high school diploma, completion of a medical assistant or phlebotomy program, BLS, English communication, and the ability to travel to satellite offices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the examination room.
• Escorts patient into the room.
• Maintains efficient patient flow.
• Documents vitals and clinical information in EHR.
• Provides referrals and scheduling as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
