Job summary

Integrity Care Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers in patient examinations, perform vital signs, administer medications and injections, and handle basic lab work. The role includes clerical duties, patient flow management, and ensuring patient confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (MA program preferred) and BLS certification, with 2 years’ MA experience preferred. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site clinic position requiring flexibility in shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; MA program preferred.
• MA course completion certification preferred; obtain and maintain BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in the waiting area and manage patient flow.
• Take patient history, triage, measure vital signs, and document.
• Explain procedures and prepare exam room for provider.
• Assist with instruments, sterilization, and supply prep.
• Administer injections, meds, dressings, blood draws under orders.
• Perform CLIA-waived labs and process specimens for send-out.
• Support occupational medicine protocols and prep shipments to labs.
• Register patients and perform clerical duties as needed.
