Integrity Care Group seeks an experienced Medical Assistant to support providers in patient examinations and treatments. You will gather patient histories, take vitals, prepare exam rooms, and assist with procedures, injections, and specimen handling.

The role includes clerical duties and potential front-office support as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (MA program preferred), 2 years MA experience, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; accredited MA program preferred.
• Current BLS certification required or must obtain.
• Minimum 2 years Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• PC skills and ability to document accurately in medical records.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients in waiting area and manage patient flow.
• Obtain patient history, vitals, and document on chart.
• Explain procedures and prepare exam room for provider.
• Assist with injections, lab tests, and basic imaging as directed by provider.
• Perform CLIA-waived tests and specimen handling for lab send-out.
• Complete medical charts with services rendered and supplies used.
• Schedule follow-ups and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of clinical areas.
• Support front office duties when necessary.
