Qualifications

• Provides patient care and communication in clinical setting.
• Maintains accurate EMR documentation and patient records.
• Performs routine clinical tasks under provider supervision.

Responsibilities

• Promptly rooms patients and prepares chart for visits.
• Performs phlebotomy and collects specimens.
• Conducts EKGs and outpatient screenings as ordered.
• Assists with minor procedures and maintains sterile field.
• Manages patient referrals, tests, and follow-up instructions.
• Ensures infection control and safety in the clinical area.
