Billings Clinic Heights is hiring a Medical Assistant I in a 1.0 FTE capacity, supporting clinical operations under supervision and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Starting wage ranges from $17.00 to $21.25 per hour, with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off. This is an on-site position in Billings, Montana.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• MA residency or certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and supplies based on patient needs.
• Assist with patient scheduling for appointments and procedures.
• Obtain and record patient histories, vital signs.
• Assist with minor procedures and physical exams.
• Maintain patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, RNs, LPNs to deliver patient care.
