U.S. Urology Partners in Framingham, MA is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide administrative and clinical support across clinics.

You will answer phones, schedule appointments, prepare charts, collect copays, and assist with room prep and patient flow, acting as a reliable liaison between patients and providers. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, an MA certificate or degree, and preferably 1+ year experience with certification.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant degree from an accredited vocational institution, or a community college course in Medical Assisting.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience preferred
• Certified in Medical Assisting strongly preferred
• Travel to other clinics as needed

Responsabilités

• Administrative tasks including answering calls, scheduling appointments, notifying patients of no-shows and rescheduling as needed, distributing patient records and preparing new patient charts.
• Process outgoing referrals, check-outs, discharges, and collect copayments.
• Maintain stocked supplies and a clean, organized work area.
• Schedule appointments and procedures, obtain insurance authorizations as needed.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure supplies are available and rooms are cleaned.
• Greet patients and escort to exam rooms, document meds brought to visit, verify patient history, and record vital signs.
• Assist physicians with office procedures and support nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care.
• Maintain OSHA compliance knowledge and complete required trainings.

Formation
