Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Assistant/Patient Support Assistant in Evanston, IL. This full-time role offers rotating hours from 8:30am to 5pm and may include phlebotomy and injections as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and at least one year of related experience.

Training is provided for those new to the field. Compensation ranges hourly based on expertise, with benefits including incentive plans, paid time off, and health options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
• Collect co-payments
• Complete patient registration
• Provide other administrative support to the physician practice
• Check in and check out patient
• Verify insurances
• Greet patients and escort them to exam room
• Document vital signs, allergies, medications and reason for office visit
• Provide front office support as needed
• Perform basic vitals like BP, height and weight
• Phlebotomy and injections may be required
