Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care and support clinical operations. You will enter patient intake data and provider orders into the EMR, request medical records, verify patient information, and assist with patient flow while maintaining a professional, HIPAA-compliant environment.

You will take vitals, prepare exam rooms, answer calls, and communicate clearly with staff and patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including customer service.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR.
• Request medical records and verify patient information.
• Take and record patient vitals.
• Maintain exam rooms and clinical areas.
• Answer phones professionally and return messages promptly.
• Follow HIPAA rules and adhere to safety and OSHA standards.
