• Active BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• Registered or Certified Medical Assistant credential.
• LPN in Michigan or commensurate education/experience as deemed by HR.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms; obtain vitals and medical histories.
• Assist providers and nursing staff; support patient flow and clinical tasks.
• Prepare patients for procedures and manage specimen collection and labeling.
• Handle administrative duties: scheduling, referrals, prior authorizations, and registrations.
• Maintain clean, stocked rooms and ensure standard precautions are followed.
