Formación

• Active BLS certification within three months of hire.
• Registered or Certified Medical Assistant or LPN eligibility in Michigan.
• Experience in medical office settings and knowledge of EMR/EHR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and escort patients, measure vitals and record histories.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers as directed.
• Document medical information in the EMR accurately.
• Schedule appointments, process referrals and prior authorizations.
• Maintain clinic rooms, supplies, and infection control procedures.
• Provide patient-centered care and helpful customer service.
