Job summary

Oaklawn Medical Group seeks a Medical Assistant for Marshall Primary Care. Under supervision, you will greet patients, take vitals, prepare for exams, collect histories, and assist providers while maintaining clinic flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office or similar setting.
• Must possess interpersonal skills to work with diverse patients and staff.
• Registration or certification in an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Knowledge of medical assistant competencies, computers and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients, record vitals, and prepare for examinations.

• Collect specimens, administer immunizations, and label samples accurately.
