Qualifications

• Background clearances: Act 34, Act 33, Act 73, FBI fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care under supervision of the provider.
• Prepare and room patients per workflows.
• Accurately obtain vital signs and document patient information.
• Document in the EHR; review and update medication lists.
• Support depression screening and annual wellness visits as applicable.
• Assist with examinations and procedures.
• May serve as a scribe with training.
