U.S. Urology Partners in New Jersey is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinical and administrative duties in a busy urology practice.

This role requires a high school diploma or MA diploma, at least one year of experience, and relevant certifications such as EKG and venipuncture skills.

The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits with local travel between sites as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; MA diploma or certificate from an accredited program.
• Appropriate specialty certificate if working in a department (e.g., pediatric MA).
• Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical facility as a medical assistant or externship.
• EKG, vital signs, venipuncture, injections, and related clinical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physicians with patient care and charting per provider guidelines.
• Manage patient flow, schedule coordination, and escort to exam/procedure rooms.
• Prepare exam rooms, collect specimens, and ensure infection control and equipment sterilization.
• Handle clerical tasks: records, forms, referrals, and insurance verification.
• Support clinical medical assisting activities per state law and department protocol.
