USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs and maintain efficient office flow, supporting the physician before, during, and after procedures, and ensuring an excellent service experience.

This role requires a High School Diploma, 2–5 years of hands-on MA experience, and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, at Maple Grove or Woodbury clinics, with compensation of $22–$25 per hour and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of hands-on Medical Assistant experience.
• Experience with vital signs, rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, and specimen collection.
• MA training program completion; CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet, room, and assist patients to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Document vitals, histories, and clinical information in EMR/EHR.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection.
• Document interactions in EMR/EHR and manage a high patient flow.
• Use EMR/EHR platforms like Epic, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
• Support patient care across physician offices, clinics, urgent care, hospitals, or home health.

Position Summary:

As a Medical Assistant, you would balance the needs of patients and maintain efficient work flow of the office as well as provide support to the physician in all facets of medical procedures – before during and after. In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR).
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification.
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.
• Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.
• Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.

• High School Diploma or equivalent,required.
• 2-5 years of hands-on clinical experienceas a Medical Assistant required.
• Experience performing clinical duties such asvital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection,required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or currentCMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment,required.
• Fluency in Spanish & English preferred
