Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians and maintain an efficient workflow across our clinics. You will assist during procedures, help manage patient interactions, and create a welcoming environment for all patients.

Location includes several IL clinics with a full-time Mon-Fri schedule. Compensation is $22–$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for career growth in a growing, patient-centered organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role is required.
• Experience performing vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection is required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification is required.
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming patient experience.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs and medical histories in the EMR/EHR.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen collection, and other duties within scope.
• Document patient interactions in EMR/EHR systems.
• Deliver high-quality patient service in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
• Support patient care across physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, or hospitals.
• Leverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable.
