Candidates should have CMA or MA certificate, BART or BLS, and at least two years of direct patient care experience. Flexibility to float among McGrath Outpatient Pavilion, Moores Cancer Center, and Koman Outpatient Pavilion is required.

Qualificações

• CMA or MA certificate or completion of MA training program.
• BART or BLS at hire with plan to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum 2 years of MA experience.
• Direct patient care experience and EMR knowledge.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, scheduling, and universal precautions.
• Initiative, prioritization and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule patient appointments and manage scheduling screens.
• Accurate billing and related administrative tasks.
• Environmental care, equipment and supply management; clean/disinfect.
