Job summary

SynergenX Health Holdings LLC is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to support a fast-paced clinic in Tulsa. This role offers hands-on clinical exposure, paid training, and a path to build a long-term career in healthcare.

No MA certification is required to apply, with two weeks of paid training and a schedule up to 20 hours per week, including some evenings and Saturdays. Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly are essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR completion of a documented 180-hour externship.
  • Experience performing venipuncture and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections highly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays.
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

  • Record accurate manual vitals
  • Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture
  • Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and complete required quality control documentation
  • Run in-house labs and prepare specimens for outside laboratory testing
  • Ensure accurate documentation and proper handling of patient lab work
  • Assist with inventory management, supply organization, and ordering
  • Support front desk operations when needed
  • Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and team members
  • Help create a positive, welcoming, and efficient clinic environment

Medical Assistant – Part-Time

Up to 20 Hours Per Week | $19.00/Hour | Paid Training

SynergenX & Low T Center are nationally recognized leaders in hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and targeted wellness services. We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Medical Assistant to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable hands-on clinical experience while building a long-term career in healthcare. You’ll work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment alongside experienced providers and a supportive clinical team.

As a Medical Assistant, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting the day-to-day clinical operations of the center. We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, energetic, compassionate, and eager to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do

Schedule

This is a part-time position offering up to 20 hours per week. Candidates must have flexibility to work within the following clinic hours:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
