Job summary

SynergenX Health Holdings LLC is seeking Medical Assistants to join a high-energy clinic in Frisco, Texas. You will work closely with providers to deliver a welcoming patient experience and support daily clinic operations.

No extensive experience is required; a patient-first mindset and strong people skills are valued. Training is provided, and you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred, but not required.
  • 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals or 180 externship hours.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual patient vitals.
  • Perform routine blood draws.
  • Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider.
  • Maintain lab equipment, documentation, and quality controls.
  • Prepare and process in-house and outside laboratory testing.
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and general clinic organization.
  • Support front desk operations when needed.
  • Build positive relationships with patients and teammates.
  • Jump in wherever needed to keep the clinic running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, welcoming patient experience while supporting our providers and clinic team.

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required
  • At least 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals or documented completion of 180 externship hours
  • Venipuncture and injection experience highly preferred
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a patient-first mindset
  • Reliable, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must pass a criminal background check
Clinic Schedule

Monday: 8 AM–5 PM
Tuesday: 8 AM–7 PM
Wednesday: 8 AM–1 PM
Thursday: 7 AM–5 PM
Friday: 8 AM–5 PM
Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM
