We are currently hiring for a Medical Assistant (MA) or Clinical Team Assistant, CNA at MaineHealth, Neurosurgery!
For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering sign-on bonuses for Medical Assistants and Clinical Team Assistants:
Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time MA position. Bonus amount is prorated for Part time hires; per diem hires are ineligible.
Current MaineHealth employee members are ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until more than 6 months of separation from employment.
The Medical Assistant (MA) role involves duties related to patient care and administrative support in a team-based environment, promoting a smooth flow of patients through the office. The MA functions under the license of the physician/advanced practice practitioner when performing clinical and patient care responsibilities.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
The Clinical Team Assistant performs daily patient service functions to support the clinical team in delivering patient care. The role functions under the license of a provider when performing clinical and patient care responsibilities.
