SynergenX in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a friendly Medical Assistant to support patient care, help keep the day running smoothly, and make patients feel welcome at every visit.

The role offers a part-time onsite schedule with travel between clinics. No MA certification is required—we’ll help you get started, including two weeks of paid, hands-on training and opportunities for growth. Hourly pay is $19, with benefits like scrubs provided and holidays observed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three months of medical experience or 180 externship hours.
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.
• Venipuncture and injection experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and patient service skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document manual vital signs.
• Perform venipuncture and administer injections as directed by providers.
• Complete laboratory testing, specimen preparation, and documentation.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and quality controls.
• Complete inventory counts and assist with supplies.
• Support front desk operations as needed.
• Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and clinic policies.
• Travel between assigned clinics to provide coverage.
