Job summary

SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a friendly Medical Assistant to support providers and ensure patient care runs smoothly. You will assist with vital signs, venipuncture, injections, specimen handling, and front desk support while traveling between clinics.

No MA certification required; we provide two weeks of paid, hands-on training to learn our clinic processes, procedures, and patient workflows.

Qualifications

• Physical copy of a high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three months of relevant medical experience or 180 documented externship hours.
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification preferred but not required.
• Venipuncture and injection experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and patient service skills.
• Ability to adapt to different clinic teams and workflows.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned region.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Clinic operating hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

Saturday Availability: Must be available to work 2 to 3 Saturdays per month.

Employees are expected to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled shift and record all time worked.
