Job summary

SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare in Shenandoah, TX is hiring a Medical Assistant to support providers, perform basic clinical tasks, and welcome patients in a fast-paced clinic.

We offer two weeks of paid training, competitive $19 hourly pay, opportunities to travel between clinics, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and a 401(k) plan. No MA certification required—training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 months of medical experience or 180 externship hours.
• MA or Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.
• Venipuncture and injection experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel between clinics in the region.
• Background check successfully completed.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document manual vital signs.
• Perform venipuncture and administer injections as directed.
• Complete laboratory testing, specimen preparation, and documentation.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and quality controls.
• Complete inventory counts and assist with supplies.
• Support front desk operations as needed.
• Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and clinic policies.
• Travel between assigned clinics to provide coverage.
