Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville is hiring a Medical Assistant for a full-time clinic position. The role includes patient prep, specimen collection, phlebotomy, medication administration under physician supervision, and clerical support for a fast-paced OB/GYN office.

Certification as CMA/RMA/CCMA and CPR are required, with preference for 6–12 months of clinical experience and a willingness to travel to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CMA, RMA, CCMA certification required or registered through AAMA/ARMA/NHA.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year clinical experience; some roles prefer 1 year.

• Perform clerical duties and support a busy OBGYN clinic.

Hourly Pay Range

$19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position: Medical Assistant
Location: 120 Spalding Drive, Naperville
Full Time 36 hours per week
Hours: varies M-F 8am-5:30pm and rotating Sat 8:30am - 1:30pm
Required Travel: Occasionally
This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs

What you will do

Under the direction of the Supervisor, performs select clinical functions to enhance delivery of patient care. Prepare patients for physical examination, obtain specimens, conduct select routine laboratory tests and records results, routine diagnostic tests and may perform phlebotomy. Under general supervision of a physician, administer selected medications/injections. Also performs clerical duties related to clinic operations. MA supports a very busy OBGYN office with multiple providers and additional clinical staff.

What you will need

• High school diploma or GED - REQUIRED
• Certified, Registered, and Clinical Certified Medical Assistants (CMA, RMA or CCMA) are required to provide current certification or registration through American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA), National Health career Association (NHA) or any other certifying agency and should have at least 6 months of clinical experience. - PREFERRED
• Candidates who are not certified or registered should have at least one year of clinical experience. - PREFERRED
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association - REQUIRED
