Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for visits, record vitals and medical history.
• Assist with exams, procedures, and patient education.
• Administer medications and injections as directed.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and other diagnostic tests.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and collect payments or copays.
• Manage patient flow, scheduling, and documentation in the EHR.
• Support telemedicine visits and coordinate virtual care.
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection control standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients and the care team.
