Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a Medical Assistant in Willow Park to support surgical procedures, perform x-rays, and assist with injections. The role includes charting in NextGen EHR, stocking rooms, ordering supplies, and handling scheduling and lab orders. A minimum of one year of surgical experience and an MA credential are required.

Spanish language is a plus but not required; full-time schedule is 32–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, at our Willow Park location.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant diploma, certification, or graduate transcript required.
• NCT certification with at least one year of recent surgical practice experience.
• NextGen EHR experience preferred (A+).
• Spanish language ability preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-rays and assist with procedures/injections.
• Blood draw for PRP procedures and clinical duties as needed.
• Clean and stock rooms, manage supply ordering and medication refills.
• Handle pre-certifications and scheduling; send orders for lab work.
• Document in EHR and perform other clinical duties as required.

Job description

DUTIES:

Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties that may include: x-rays, assisting with procedures/injections, blood draw for PRP procedures, cleaning and stocking rooms, supply ordering medication refills, pre-certs, scheduling procedures, sending orders for lab work and various Radiology orders, EHR charting, and various clinical duties as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must have a Medical Assistant diploma, certification, or graduate transcript and NCT certification with at minimum one year of recent surgical practice experience. NextGen EHR is A+. Spanish speaking is not required but would be preferred.
