Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in a multi-specialty or high-volume environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vitals, medical history, and chief complaints.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Perform injections, EKGs, lab draws, and point-of-care testing as applicable.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
• Manage patient flow to ensure timely care.
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection control standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and patient communication.
• Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-up care coordination.
