Job summary

CenterWell Pendleton Pike Clinic in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support a patient-centered outpatient team. You will report to the Center Administrator and contribute to high-quality clinical care, including vital signs, vaccinations, phlebotomy, and EMR documentation.

Required qualifications include MA training and CMA/RMA with Provider approval, a high school diploma, CPR certification, and TB screening.

Qualifications

• Completion of an MA program; CMA/RMA with Provider approval.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must meet patient-facing TB screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient histories, discuss symptoms, and record vital signs.
• Administer medications and vaccines following protocols.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimens.
• Prepare and maintain clean, sterile examination and equipment.
• Document patient information in the EMR system.
