Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification or credentialed training program required or within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical, clinical and administrative tasks under supervision.
• Obtain vital signs and assist providers with examinations/procedures.
• Manage patient communications, scheduling, and charting per policy.
• Prepare exam rooms and instruments; ensure cleanliness and stock levels.
• Order labs, referrals, and prescriptions per provider recommendations.
• Support care team metrics and participate in daily huddles.
