Certified Medical Assistant - Mobile Clinic

Location: Auburn, WA – Supporting All Mobile & Clinic Locations!

Reports To: Mobile Team Lead

Salary Range: $27.50 to $31.50 Hourly

We Care Daily Clinics (WCDC) is a modern, welcoming facility providing addiction treatment in Auburn. We aim to renew hope for those battling opioid use through a holistic, evidence-based approach, removing barriers to recovery, and offering personalized care, transportation, and social support.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and update clinic policies and procedures.
  2. Maintain security of medications and patient records per DEA and state regulations.
  3. Protect patient rights and confidentiality, ensuring high-quality care.
  4. Prepare and maintain examination rooms and treatment areas.
  5. Assist with medical equipment sterilization and maintenance.
  6. Manage inventory and supplies.
  7. Review patient schedules and EMR to prepare for visits.
  8. Prepare patients and obtain vital signs and screenings.
  9. Perform lab collections, blood draws, EKGs, and other procedures.
  10. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA.
  11. Participate in required training and education.
  12. Support team and organizational mission.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Completion of a qualified Medical Assistant program and valid certification in WA.
  3. At least 1 year of clinical patient care experience, including EKGs, blood draws, and UA collections; OTP experience preferred.
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
  5. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to pass background checks and drug tests, and stay current with credentialing requirements.
