Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or MA certification.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to complete credentialing and privileging requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for appointments and procedures.

Medical Assistant Career Levels
  • Medical Assistant I: Entry‑level to 1 year of experience
  • Medical Assistant II: 1‑3 years of experience

Employees who obtain certification (CCMA, CMA, RMA, etc.) are eligible for additional hourly pay incentives.

Compensation

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour

  • Up to an additional $2.00/hour for certified MAs
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or current MA certification
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to complete credentialing and privileging requirements
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced clinical environment
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred
  • Ability to provide culturally sensitive care
  • Must obtain or possess a valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish‑speaking candidates encouraged to apply
