Job summary

Valle del Sol, Inc. is seeking Medical Assistants I–III to support family practice, pediatrics, and behavioral health in our Phoenix clinic. You will prepare patients, collect histories, assist providers, and document in the EHR to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or current MA certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to complete credentialing and privileging requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred.
• Ability to provide culturally sensitive care.
• Must obtain or possess a valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

Medical Assistant Career Levels

• Medical Assistant I: Entry-level to 1 year of experience
• Medical Assistant II: 1–3 years of experience
• Medical Assistant III: 3+ years of experience

Employees who obtain certification (CCMA, CMA, RMA, etc.) are eligible for additional hourly pay incentives.

Compensation

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour

• Up to an additional $2.00/hour for certified MAs
