Fairview has an immediate opening for a Medical Assistant to join our Urgent Care team in Andover, MN This is a 0.8 FTE (64 hoursper two week pay period), benefits-eligible opening.This position is eligible forup to a $2000 New HireSign On Bonus! This position will requires working every-other weekend.
The Fairview Urgent Care teams work together to ensure we are providing the best care for our patients. With 12 different urgent care locations, you may be asked to travel to anothersite that is outside your “home grouping” whenneeded. We offer urgent care at: Andover, Bloomington–Oxboro, Brooklyn Park, Eagan, Edina, Highland Park, Lakeville, Mall of America, Maplewood, North Branch, River Falls, or Woodwinds (Woodbury). If you travel out of your home sites, we do offer a monetary incentive to thank you for being flexible.
As a member of the care team, the Medical Assistant supports quality patient- and family-centered care principles through performing a variety of high-level functions within a care team to support the needs of the healthcare team and patients/families.

Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
