Edward Elmhurst Health is recruiting a Medical Assistant for our Primary Care practice in Niles, IL. This role offers full-time or part-time options with hours Monday-Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, documenting vital signs, and providing front-office support. Phlebotomy and injections may be required; CPR is mandatory, MA certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association required.
• Medical Assistant Certification (AMT or AAMA) preferred, but not required.
• One year of work experience required; previous medical office experience preferred.

• Document vital signs, allergies, medications and reason for office visit.
