Job summary

DocGo is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide in-home care across New York City, including guided assessments and treatments under supervision. You will maintain patient records in our EMR system and deliver care with compassion and cultural sensitivity.

You must hold MA/CMA/CCMA or RMA certification, have a valid driver's license, and 2+ years of MA experience in urgent or primary care, with willingness to travel to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of MA, CMA, CCMA or RMA certifications.
• Driver's license in state of residency with a clean record.
• Minimum 2 years of in-person MA experience in urgent or primary care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home patient care as part of DocGo services in New York City.
• Perform guided assessments and directed treatments under APP supervision.
• Maintain accurate EMR records per state regulations and DocGo standards.
• Engage patients with cultural sensitivity and provide compassionate care.
