SolutionHealth is seeking Medical Assistants (MA I/II) to support Elliot Health System sites in Manchester, NH. You will assist providers, room patients, take vitals, collect specimens, and help with immunizations and medication processes.

Required: HS diploma or GED with MA program (or externship); CMA/RMA/CCMA preferred; BLS within 90 days. 1 year of healthcare experience; 8:00 am–4:30 pm shift. Full-time, on-site, competitive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or GED required with MA program graduation or externship
• 1 year of healthcare experience or 1 year as Medical Assistant
• 3 years’ experience as Medical Assistant (for MA II)
• BLS authorization within 90 days of employment; CMA/RMA/CCMA preferred

Aufgaben

• Prepares visit charts with diagnostic test results, reports and summaries.
• Rooms patients for provider visits with documented vitals and histories.
• Obtains and documents vitals including height/weight/head circumference.
• Conducts hearing, vision, respiratory and ECG tests.
• Performs screening tests such as depression and asthma when indicated.
• Collects specimens and performs point-of-care testing.
• Administers medications and immunizations as directed.
• Handles prescription refills and prior authorizations as needed.
• Manages medication and supply areas and maintains par levels.
