Qualifications
Actual compensation offered ranges from $21.45 - $32.20 for Medical Assistants and $23.65 - $35.50 for LPNs, based on qualifications, skills, experience, and internal equity. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:

You Will Be Helping Our Patients Live Well By
- Preparing and rooming patients for exams, obtaining vital signs, and updating health information.
- Performing laboratory procedures such as strep tests, wound cultures, and specimen collection.
- Assisting physicians with procedures like pelvic exams, allergy testing, EMG, cautery, colposcopy, etc.
- Administering routine medications under physician orders or protocols.
- Managing test requests, referrals, and patient questions within scope of practice.
- Communicating effectively with the healthcare team and patients to ensure smooth clinic flow.
- Performing clinical support tasks such as suture removal, phlebotomy, EKG, spirometry, Holter monitoring, and medication refills under supervision.
- Providing age-appropriate care, understanding growth and development principles, and interpreting patient data.
Licenses & Certifications
- LPN: Active license issued by the practicing state and BLS certification from AHA (to be obtained within 45 days if not already certified).
- Medical Assistant: BLS certification within 45 days if not already certified.
Education/Experience Requirements
- LPN: Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Medical Assistant: GED or HS diploma, or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, or 2 years of recent full-time experience as a Medical Assistant.
Additional Benefits and Notes
This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus payable after 90 days, for qualified external candidates. We are veteran and military friendly.

- Proficiency in routine and complex clinical skills within scope after demonstrated competency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer and electronic medical records systems.
- Strong customer service skills for a positive patient experience.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, and perform various physical activities throughout the workday.
- Lift up to 35 pounds independently; for heavier lifts, use patient handling equipment with assistance.
- Must have functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch, with fine manipulation skills.
- Exposure to hazards such as blood, body fluids, chemicals, and electrical/mechanical equipment, with appropriate protective gear.
