Schedule Details/Additional Information:

Seeking Full Time MA or LPN to float in Brookfield (home base) with occasional travel to Muskego, New Berlin, and Menomonee Falls. Clinic hours vary; must be available from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Shifts are 8 hours only. Float pool shift differential applies.

Compensation ranges from $21.05 to $31.55 for an MA and $23.20 to $34.80 for an LPN, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • 401(k) contributions: 3% of eligible salary and a dollar-for-dollar match up to 3%

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and room patients for exams, obtain vital signs, and document health information.
  • Perform laboratory procedures such as strep tests, wound cultures, and specimen collection.
  • Assist physicians with procedures like pelvic exams, allergy testing, EMG, cautery, colposcopy, etc.
  • Administer routine medications under physician orders or protocols.
  • Coordinate tests, referrals, and follow-up appointments, and communicate effectively with patients and team members.
  • Perform clinical support tasks based on competencies, including suture removal, phlebotomy, EKG, spirometry, Holter monitoring, and prescription refills.
  • Provide age-appropriate care, understanding growth and development principles.

Licenses & Certifications:

LPN:

  • Active state license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days

Medical Assistant:

  • BLS certification within 45 days

Education Requirements:

LPN:

  • Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program

Medical Assistant:

  • GED or HS diploma and completion of an accredited MA program, or 2 years of verifiable experience in the last 5 years.
