Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or coursework to obtain required WA MA certification.
• Current WA State MA Certification.
• Current national certification through a recognized MA body (AAMA/AMT/NHA/NCCT/AMCA).
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire.
• Proficient with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients per standard.
• Take patient history and vital signs.
• Prepare patients for exam.
• Assist provider with exam/surgical procedures and diagnostic testing.
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to transmission precautions.
• Administer injections per provider orders.
