Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Escorts patients to exam rooms, interviews patients, measures vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height), and records information on patients' charts.
• Coordinates patient support services such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting and registering patients in the care area.
• Performs duties within scope of practice for medical/clinic assistants and supports physicians during examinations.
