Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Certification through CMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and assist with patient interviews and intake.
• Record vital signs (pulse, temperature, BP, weight, height) and document in patient charts.
• Coordinate scheduling, phone calls, check-in/out, and referrals within the patient care area.
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice.
