Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. in Huntsville is seeking experienced Medical Assistants to become instructors for year-round morning and evening classes. This PRN, part-time role teaches up to 24 students per session and uses Ross curriculum.

Instructors deliver lectures and demonstrations, with flexible scheduling across day and evening slots. Prior teaching interest or experience is preferred, and employees receive a range of benefits including health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the medical assisting field and formal training from an accredited institution.
• Must be able to obtain a national certification as medical assistant.
• Individuals without a formal education must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the medical field and a national certification.
• Interest in teaching or prior experience is preferred.
• Must be flexible and have a passion to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Teach in Medical Assisting classroom with up to 24 students.
• Classes are 4.5 hours in either day or evening sessions.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• Part-time, as needed, typically 0–9 hours per week, morning and evening classes.
