Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a Full Time Medical Assisting Instructor to join our team at campus locations nationwide. The role delivers prepared instruction, academic advising, and career counseling to students, while supporting retention and program initiatives.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with campus needs influencing variations. Compensation ranges from $27 to $30 per hour and reflects prior teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on clinical experience as a medical assistant.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program; CMA/RMA/NRCMA preferred.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Educate and provide training to students.
• Design and carry out lesson plans tailored to students’ learning styles.
• Provide academic advising and career counseling to students.
• Support retention activities and campus initiatives.
• Evaluate student performance using diverse assessment methods.
• Collaborate with campus staff and committees to enrich programs.
