Unitek Learning is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant faculty member to join our team of MA educators. This role provides prepared instruction, academic advising, and career counseling to students while supporting program and institutional initiatives.

Compensation is based on experience, with a pay rate of $27-$31 per hour. The position emphasizes retention activities, excellence in teaching, and alignment with state and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; professional MA program preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program preferred.
• CMA/RMA/NRCMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train students with clinical and tech skills.
• Develop lesson plans and tailor for diverse learners.
• Provide academic advising and counseling.
• Support program and campus initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to policies and accreditation standards.
• Maintain World Class Service with students and staff.
