Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; advanced education or college degree preferred but will consider candidates with equivalent experience
• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program preferred
• Certified Medical Assistant (RMA, CMA, NRCMA) preferred

Responsibilities

• Educate students and provide technological and academic training
• Ensure students meet syllabus objectives and competencies
• Design and implement lesson plans accommodating diverse learning styles
• Provide ongoing student advisement and academic counseling
• Use varied evaluation methods to support student abilities
• Refer at-risk students to student services
• Support program and institutional initiatives
• Comply with state education and accreditation regulations
