Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lab work: prep and process lab samples with proper labeling and documentation.
• Referrals: manage patient referrals to specialists and coordinate follow-ups.
• Inventory management: monitor supplies, place orders, and store items properly.
• Patient interaction: assist during check-in/check-out, verify insurance and collect payments.
• EMR maintenance: document findings, appointments, and updates in the EMR.
• Administrative support: handle calls, inquiries, and relay messages.
