Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification with 1 year experience or 2 years MA experience.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients and provide information on conditions, treatment plans, and medications.
• Support clinical operations: take vital signs, obtain patient histories, phlebotomy, assist with procedures.
• Document patient information in EHRs in compliance with privacy regulations.
