Job summary

Grandview Medical Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care under a provider’s supervision. You will assist with procedures, manage exam rooms, and handle patient intake while ensuring efficient clinic operations and excellent service.

Qualifications include completion of a Medical Assistant program (preferred) and 0-1 years of experience. Strong knowledge of office procedures, infection control, and patient communication is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of Medical Assistant program from an accredited school preferred
• 0-1 years of experience in a medical practice setting or completion of externship program required

Responsibilities

• Assists with non-invasive medical procedures and takes vital signs
• Prepares and cleans exam rooms
• Performs patient intake duties and documents medical information
• Maintains daily logs and documentation
• Supports administrative duties including scheduling and referrals
• Maintains organized workload and provides courteous service
• Monitors supplies and equipment
• Educates patients on medications and health topics
• Complies with policies and standards
