Job summary

Grandview Medical Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care by performing clinical and administrative tasks under the supervision of a medical provider. This role assists with medical procedures, maintains exam rooms, facilitates patient intake, and ensures efficient clinic operations while providing excellent service to patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant program completion preferred.
• 0-1 year of clinical office experience or externship required.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and assist with non-invasive procedures.
• Prepare and clean exam rooms for visits and procedures.
• Handle patient intake, including test results and triage.
• Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate referrals.
• Manage clinic communications and scheduling.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Educate patients on medications and diets.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
