Job summary

CoxHealth Marshfield is seeking a Medical Assistant III to support front-line clinical and administrative tasks in the 1226 Primary Care Marshfield clinic. You will help with patient flow, vitals, and basic data entry under supervision.

The role requires completing an MA training program with pharmacology and externship, HS diploma, and strong communication skills. Day shifts in a clinic setting are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Data entry in medical records under supervision of a supervisor or provider.

• Prepare patients for examination.
• Clean rooms and equipment and stock supplies.
• Administration of medications.
