Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a formal MA training program including pharmacology, anatomy/physiology, medication administration, and clinical externship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and enter data in medical records.
• Measure and record vital signs and collect demographics and medication lists.
• Prepare patients for examination and assist provider during visits.
• Clean rooms, stock supplies, and administer medications as directed.
